Broth can be made with scraps of vegetables, meat, bones, etc. A long, slow simmer extracts so many vital nutrients as well as flavors. You can sip a cup, cook your foods in it, or make soup. Regardless of how you consume it, it brings a potent medicine into your body to a soul level resonance. It’s the ultimate comfort food.
Whether you make bone broth, meat stocks, or vegetable broth, this herbal blend elevated your broth to a new level. I take it up another level by adding in potent medicinal mushrooms of turkey tails & reishi. To make: add 1/3 cup to your stockpot, crockpot, or pressure cooker. Add your typical broth ingredients (message me if you need guidance!) and cover with approximately 4 quarts of water. You can adjust this as needed. Let us cook as long as needed for your desired outcome, strain, and enjoy! Each packet comes with enough for approximately 6 batches of broth.
